An excellent cardio-vascular workout combined with body conditioning all performed in the weightlessness of water.


While this class is a good choice for anyone wanting a good total body workout, it is ideal for those with joint injuries that require a non-impact workout environment as well as an excellent exercise for pre/post natal.

Booty Barre

Booty barre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. This is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the ballet bar in our studio.

Combat Fitness

Cardio Combat is a high-impact martial arts workout that is pad based. Punch, kick knee and elbow your way to a fitter stronger you. Learn moves effective moves from Self Defence, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kung Fu.  Learn to focus your energy, develop control of mind body and spirit, have a blast and have fun whilst developing your inner Ninja! Suits all level of experience.

Core Conditioning

Don’t be fooled by the word “core”. Core does not necessarily mean only abs. Core means all the important muscles that support the postural system such as. This class is a full body work out focusing on Compound movements which is fantastic for toning, strength and weight-loss.

An explosive cardiovascular dance class based on Latin, pop, jazz, musical theatre and international music. This class helps strengthen muscles, improve posture and increase your balance and co-ordination.

Dynamic Yoga

It’s a different approach to the traditional style of Yoga, it incorporates less held positions and more dynamic movements. The class still incorporates the posture, breathing and well-being aspects that yoga has become so popular for but presents it in a high energy style class. Ideal for weight loss and toning with a healthy mind and body approach.

Hatha yoga uses postures, breathing techniques and mental focus, with a goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Hatha yoga postures also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility.

Hi Lo

The use of Hi and Low impact aerobic combinations that provides the participants with a fun and effective cardiovascular burning workout followed by core exercises. Suitable for intermediate to advances fitness levels.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. This type of training has been used by athletes to improve performance. HIIT also improves the ability of muscles to burn fat.

Experience a full-body workout that will keep you moving and introduce you to muscles you didn’t even know you had! Derived from Pilates, dance, cardio and strength training, the Total Barre™ class teaches the basics through simple movement choreographed to music.

 

Classes begin standing, then progress to the floor, focusing on specific areas of the body including arms, legs and core. Each session follows the same format but different exercises are added for variety and challenge. No dance experience needed and suitable for beginners.

A dynamic Yoga class with a strong focus on linking the breath to every movement of the body. Designed to increase flexibility, build strength and calm the mind.
