Antonia Reed-Felstead

Antonia came to yoga from an exercise point of view, and through it she has found strength, flexibility, clarity from the spiritual side of the practice as well.  She has practised for over 10 years, and has been teaching in London for the last three years after completing her teacher training in Costa Rica.  She is dedicated to exercise in every way, but yoga is where her heart lies, after finding it can give you any form of workout you wish for.

Arup Sen
Arup Sen

Arup has been teaching yoga since 1993. His main training is with the Iyengar system but has also studied many other systems. The aim of the classes is to show you how to do the postures well and to the best of your ability. There is a lot of emphasis on correct postural alignment, breathing, core stability and general body awareness. The class is often taught in a workshop style where the finer points of the posture can be explored.

Delphine Lheureux

Delphine started practising Iyengar Yoga in 2005. Observing the almost immediate results, such as the relieve of lower back pain caused by years of horse riding, a better posture and a more balanced life, she quickly became a regular practitioner.  Delphine has been trained under one of the UK’s most senior Iyengar teacher for five years now.

Fabrizio Dias Amanajas

Hailing from Brazil, Fabrízio Amanajás is a motivated and passionate Dance Performer. He is the founder of the Dance Burn fitness class which choreographically fuses pop, Latin, musical theatre and many other styles. He is a fully qualified Pilates Teacher and he combines his dance background with the classic Pilates repertoire of exercise.

Irena Koleva

Irena is a Sport and Exercise Psychology graduate and a health industry professional with a thorough grounding in psychological theories, approaches and best practice underlying optimal performance. She enjoys exploring new workout routines such as cross-fit training in order to maintain and enhance her level of expertise. In her spare time, Irena enjoys watching numerous sports such as tennis, swimming, and volleyball to name a few.

Jennifer Ruhle

Jennifer trained as a dancer at the Laban Centre of movement & Dance. She qualified initially with Alan Herdman who pioneered Pilates in the UK. Jennifer teaches both mat and reformer Pilates and always keeps abreast of the continual development of Pilates. Jennifer also teaches 1-1 Pilates.

Karen Russell

Teaching various physical disciplines and helping people to a fitter, healthier lifestyle has been a passion of Karen's for the last 25 years. After a long career as a professional dancer, choreographer and dance teacher, working extensively in some of the top professional training establishments in London, Karen discovered the joy and countless benefits of yoga 12 years ago.

Karin Lilleberg

Karin has practiced yoga for over a decade, and through the study of various healing arts and a disciplined yoga practice, Karin has spent many years on an extensive spiritual inquiry. What she has discovered on this path to wholeness fuels her passion to inspire others to heal and find their highest potential.

Louise Ward

Louise trained with The Royal Ballet for eight years and performed at The Royal Opera House Covent Garden and Sadlers Wells Theatre. She then pursued a career within the fitness industry qualifying over 20 years ago. She is an experienced, attentive teacher and her classes are challenging, dynamic and inspiring, creating a positive atmosphere. They consist of aerobic and conditioning exercises focusing on an all over body approach which gets the results you want to achieve.

Margarete Ribas

Margarete Ribas, also known as Gueti is an independent dance artist and choreographer from Brazil. She has received prestigious awards in choreography in her native country, Argentina and Paraguay. She teaches Latin Jazz, Brazilian Dance, Zumba Fitness®, willPower&Grace® and Total Barre classes, while continuing her research and development with a particular focus on the Laban Movement Analysis and Pilates.

Steven McCalla
Steven McCalla

Steven is a qualified fitness coach and teacher. He holds certification as a member of the Physical Education Association, and The Royal Society of Arts. He has been working in the fitness industry for 30 years, whilst honing his skills in the ever widening spectrum of a constantly developing and changing craft.

Tatiana Yates

Tatiana is an internationally certified ex-gymnast and qualified Personal Trainer with over 20 years experience in health and fitness industry. Her profound knowledge of the body along with love for gymnastics and dancing will challenge you in new ways in her training sessions. Tatiana is a trained BodyAttack, BodyPump and BodyStep instructor.
