The Peak offers a Pilates Reformer studio, available to members through weekly classes or as one-on-one sessions with a specialised Pilates Reformer trainer.

What is a Pilates Reformer?

These versatile machines are a great way to bring about dramatic changes in the body when used as part of your fitness routine. Exercises can be undertaken lying down, sitting, standing, with or without additional equipment to help keep your routine fresh and interesting while you work towards your desired results. 

Pilates Reformers promote strength, flexibility, coordination and balance, leading to better posture and more efficient movement. Suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, the Pilates Reformers offer a fabulous core work-out.
